The Ladies Open Golf Championship is a women's amateur golf tournament, designed and produced by DCI Golf Marketing, for women golfers of all levels who have a verifiable league, golf association or golf club handicap index. The Tournament is a promotional golfing event that provides all participants with a fun, competitive sporting event and gives women golfers the opportunity to compete for the coveted title of "Ladies Open Golf Champion." This unique single day event is formatted as an individual stroke play competition, that is played on a Championship Golf Course to determine the Winners. Collegiate golfers and Ladies Association golfers of all skill levels are invited to participate. The Championship is comprised of Five Flights based on Handicap Index. All entrants must have a verifiable USGA handicap index in order to register and compete.
• "Collegiate/High School Championship" Flight - 7.5 Handicap Index and below - Medal Play
• "Championship" Flight - 9.5 Handicap Index and below - Medal Play
• "A" Flight Champions - 10 - 18 Handicap Index - Gross Champions
• "B" Flight Champions - 19 - 27 Handicap Index - Gross Champions
• "C" Flight Champions - 28 - 36 Handicap Index - Gross Champions

Every player is required to have a current verifiable league, golf association or golf club handicap index. The Tournament is open to all women golfers with a handicap index ranging from 0 - 36. All handicap indexes will be verified for competition. If you do not have a handicap, the tournament will establish one for you. Competing format will be One Round - 18 Holes, Individual Stroke Play. Players can enter a Regional Tournament as often as they wish, regardless of residency.

All registered players must conform to the USGA Rules of Amateur Status as specified in the USGA Rules of Golf. Players verify that they have not received renumeration other than specified by the USGA Rule of Amateur Status.

An Entry Fee must be paid by each Entrant. Entry Fees are per Player and include Crystal Awards, Nike/Taylormade/Adams Prizes, Championship Round/Cart/Range Balls, Awards Ceremony. Please see Registration Form for Entry Fees for each Regional Tournament. No Refunds will be granted after the Registration Deadline.

| Withdrawal/Refund Policy: |

If you withdraw up to Ten (10) days prior to the scheduled date of the Tournament, you may receive a refund, minus a $25.00 processing fee. No Refunds will be granted, for any reason whatsoever, on withdrawals or cancellations, within 10 days of the date of the Tournament. In addition, no refunds will be granted for "no shows" or disqualifications. A full refund will be granted if the tournament is canceled for any reason.
