| The 2013 Melbourne Ladies Open Championship |
The Ladies Open Golf Championship is a new and exciting amateur golfing event developed by the DCI Golf Marketing, to promote women's golf, raise Scholarship Funds for local High School Students through the Youth Education Scholarship (YES) Fund and provide players with a fun, competitive sporting event. The format for the tournament is 18 hole individual stroke play.
This unique event provides the opportunity for that accomplished amateur golfer to compete and be crowned "The Ladies Open Golf Champion." Collegiate golfers and Ladies Association golfers of ALL levels are invited to play. In order to accomodate a broad range of skill levels, the Championship is comprised of Five Flights based on Handicap Index:
• "Championship" Flight - 9.5 index and below - Gross Champion, White Tees
• "A" Flight Champions - 10 - 18 Handicap - Red Tees
• "B" Flight Champions - 19 - 27 Handicap - Red Tees
• "C" Flight Champions - 28 - 36 Handicap - Red Tees
*All players must have an established USGA handicap index, which must be accompanied with their entry form. Please see handicap requirements.

| Participants |
The Tournament is open to all women golfers. All Entries will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. A maximum of 128 players are eligible to participate. Competing format will be One Round - Individual Stroke Play. Players can enter a Regional Tournament as often athey wish.

| Entry Fees |
An Entry Fee must be paid by each Entrant. Entry Fees are per Player and include green fees, cart, range balls, awards and prizes. Please see Registration Form for Entry Fees for each Regional Tournament. No Refunds will be granted after the Regisgration Deadline.

| Withdrawal/Refund Policy: |
If you withdraw up to Ten (14) days prior to the scheduled date of the Tournament, you may receive a refund, minus a $25.00 processing fee. No Refunds will be granted, for any reason whatsoever, on withdrawals or cancellations, within 14 days of the date of the Tournament. In addition, no refunds will be granted for "no shows" or disqualifications.
